  • 2015 : (Co-)Training at Bildungsforum and I-SA Vienna (Coaching-Tools, Solution-focused interventions); Teacher at Kunst VHS Vienna; Personal assistance for people with physical disabilities.
  • 2013 : Broadcasting conception "Puls 4 News" (Sept./Oct.)
  • Since 2012 : working in the solidarity workgroup Honduras-Delegation
  • Since 2009 : freelance journalist working f.e. for the news-magazine Format, the weekly newspaper Falter and the daily newspaper Wiener Zeitung.
  • 2004 : Media Award for health journalism (Bundesministerium).
  • 1998 – 2009 : editor for magazines of the publishing company Verlagsgruppe News Gmbh / permanent employment contract from April 2000 onwards; cover stories for News, Format and TV-Media; main topics: sports, health, psychology and social affairs. Research trips f.e. to Canada, USA, China, Japan, Africa, also Libya.

  • 2004: Lecturer at the Sports Manager Academy Linz (BSO) for the course „The Interview“.
  • 2002: freelance journalist for the TV-magazine „sport time“ broadcasted by SAT.1 Österreich (2 months). 
  • 1999 – 2001: PR Officer for the Crocodile Trophy, an annual international extreme-mountainbike race through the Australian Outback. Articles for Austrian newspapers (Die Presse, Standard etc.) and international magazines such as Esquire, Fit for Fun, Abenteuer Reisen.

  • 1997 – 2000 : freelance journalist for the daily newspaper Die Presse.
